Help in Opaline Gourami Aggression

I would keep the opaline(blue) if you want more aggressive fish. I have an opaline with three convicts, a texas, and a leporinus. They are all savage, but they have treated the opaline gourami well. They are all similar sized, but the cichlids do nibble on gourami's wiskers or barbels/antennae. No major damage done though.

oh... I saw a fish at the San Diego Tropical Fish Show today, but it didn't say the name. All I know was that it was a cichlid. Here's a description and a picture:
