Help me find my keys.

I have a key that looks like this:


It's on a dirty orange lanyard. Usually I keep it in the center console in my car, but sometimes I bring it into the house. When I bring it in the house I usually put it on my desk with my other keys, my wallet and my phone. I've looked in all of these places, but the key isn't there. I even checked under the seats in my car, I found a tennis ball, some pens, and $1.37 in change.

I asked my dog to find it for me, but when he went searching he only found the treat jar.
This is my dog.

Please people of AC, help my find my key.

Also, this may or may no be related, but my sun glasses are missing too.

It was a science experiment gone horribly awry. I'll need 2 million in large, marked and numerically sequenced bills, then you can have them back. It'll be another 100,000 for the shades.
