Help me stock my new 65g reef.

Well, the tank is up and running (still need a skimmer and new lights, but the plumbing is good to go, and water is in it) so I need some advice on fish.

Its a 65g (36"w x18"d x24"t) with a 20g sump/fug. Will be reef, but not totally sure which corals will be stocked.

My current list is:
1 clown (either tank-raised, tomato, or maroon)
3(ish) pajama cardinals
1 small discus shaped tang
1 pistol shrimp/goby pair

and possible a scooter or a firefish if I can.

*edit* also I want to keep fish that are easily feed, I really don't have time to prepare 5 different foods and target feed every fish and coral different things.

Suggestions, what to include or not include, under/overstocked?, any other suggestions, who should go in first? etc...

Well, you are stocked on the more heavy side. If you go with a tang, the only one I can really recommend for a tank of that size is the yellow-eyed or kole tang (Ctenochaetus strigosus). Even then, I'd like to see it in at least a 4' tank.

Well, there are tons of options. Some risky (like dwarf angelfish), some not. Are you looking for a tang-esque fish to replace it? IF so, you'll have a hard time finding alternatives (except for the one in the above post). Rabbitfish simply get too large, so they are a poor alternative, as well.

Basically looking for an active swimmer that is reef safe and will add a flash of color.
