Help me with these spots!!

It looks like columnaris to me. It is definately not ich. You need to treat it with anti bacterial medication. I just got over a case of cotton mouth, which is the same thing only on the mouth. I treated it with API Bacterial Treatment and BOTH Melafix and Pimafix. It cleared right up, but be careful this is very contageous. If one fish has it, you will have to treat the whole tank. And you can transfer it from tank to tank VERY easily as well.

I really don't think it is ich, because it does not have the right shaped spores on its body. But, Tetra makes a medication that covers all major illnesses called Lifeguard. You can still use that with the Pimafix and Melafix. I hope your fish is alright. I hope someone else chimes in soon, because I hate to be wrong.

I have a few fish that have it. I already treated with a ich medication from walmart. I need help!!!

You want to make sure that you know what you have before you treat. Unnecessary treatment can be costly and stress your fish and kill your BB. It doesn't look like columnaris to me because columnaris looks like that have cotton on their mouth or saddleback lesions. We need more information, like tank size, stock, water parameters, how long has the tank been running? Have you added any new fish lately? Also symptoms.

The only meds you can mix are Melafix and Pimafix. These are a holistic treatment that you can treat all your fish with... one emphasis bacterial remedy and one emphasis fungal treatment. If you are unsure what it is try the all inclusive rememdy Tetra's Lifeguard mixed with Mela and Pima. Do not mix any other medications other than Melafix and Pimafix.... these say you can mix them on the directions and on the website; it is actually recommended that you do mix them. But like Kayla said, water parameters and other information would help.

6 tiger barbs, 3 mollies, 2 black skirt tetras, 2 blood fin tertas, 4 clown loaches. The infected fish are the loaches and the barbs. They are rubbing against the rocks but they are eating.

I have a 55 gallon tank, 2 air pumps, temp is at 85 right now. 20% water changes every week. When i noticed the spots i did a 50% water change.
