It seems to not have much strength. Somtimes it lies on a plant and sometimes it lays at the top of the surface on its side!!! I can maybe see some white around the gill area im not sure.
Help my betta is lying on its side at the surface!

Maybe it could be ich, but not all that sure. But whatever it is, it seems like it may be to late for it to recover
