Help! My comet just chewed up my black moor's fins

Yep, he's probably going to make it. He's swimming around a lot and the fins are beginning to grow back.

I would never have thought comets and fancy fish didn't get along. They got along really well for the first six months. This is the first time Midas has attacked lenny. Such a shame really...they used to huddle together often too (I don't know if this is common for fish) like buddies. It's too bad they can't be tank buddies anymore...

My son's oranda red caps are very buddy buddy. They're very social creatures and they really need to be kept with at least one other goldfish of their own kind.

at lot of the gold fish are all the same kind relaly, its just through vigorous imbreeding that they get those weird traits.
