help, my molly hasnt eaten in 5 days....

hey everyone, i have a bit of a problem with my molly, i havent seen it eat a piece of fish food in 5 days and its stomach looks like its shrivalling away to nothing, my other molly i bought at the same time is nice and plump, i dont know whats wrong, nothing in my tank has changed and it doesnt seem to have any injuries or diseases...

anyone have any thoughts?
 
it may be internal parasites. are any other fish showing signs of this or any other problem? have you checked your ammonia and nitrite?
 
no other fish are showing signs, i dont have a kit to test for ammonia or nitrates, just PH.
