can anyone tell me whats wrong with my cleaner wrasse hasnt eaten now for 3 days just lays like its dead but when we go anywhere near it just slowly swims to another rock and hibenates please help

Cleaner wrasses seldom thrive in an aquarium--there just are not enough parasites to support them. They usually starve--and yours, sadly, is displaying many of the symptoms of starvation.

had it about 6 weeks now was eating brine shrimp but for some reason just stoped what do you recommend

This is one of the reasons that Cleaner Wrasse should not be offered for sale. It must be either left in the ocean or kept with many parasite-infested fishes. At this point, the best thing you can do is to make it accept substitute food, but from what you said in the post, this is highly unlikely to happen. Is there any way you can return it to LFS?
