Make sure it's in a heated tank. That may help perk up its appetite as they love heat. And I second the Hikari Betta Bio-Gold food.

How about taking a clove of garlic, mashing it up, and soaking his foods in it? Garlic helps to stimulate appetite and is good for betta immune systems
