Help on picking Tetras to go with Angels.

ive got 9 odessa barbs, its like watching a WW2 dog fight sped up, they are always zoomin thru the bushes chasin each other its so cool

Well I like Australian Rainbows,Buenos Ares Tetra, but my son does not think they have enough"who knows what"!!! Are the neons and cardinals to small to be with Barbs? What are Odessa Barbs, I can't seem to find them. I like hocky or pencil fish tetras, they make me laugh how they swim and they really school nice and tight. Would the tigers hurt the pencils?

I personally like rosey barbs. They just never stop swimming. Corydoras are also highlt active and they look like armored tanks.

That's a good suggestion.... They would do well and you can tell your son they are related to Piranha!

With a 45g tank, I would add a couple fish that get bigger than the Tiger Barbs. How about some smaller cichlids and some Upside Down catfish?
