Hey all. Im restocking my 55 gallon tank after a mysterious tank poisioning that killed all my fish execpt my senegal bichir. I did all the water changes etc that i needed to do and everything looks fine now. Any ideas on tankmates for Spike (my birchir). Thanks guys.

Hi Dre....bichirs are good with fish that are too large to be eaten, but not aggressive. I have mine with Congo tetras, an African Brown Knife, and a Ctenopoma Leaf Fish.
Before adding anything, though, I would wait a bit to make sure you're fully past your illness problem (sounds like you're doing that).
