help! preg zebra w/ dropsy

1 of my female zebra danio looks extra swollen besides carrying eggs and she looks like a pinecone from the top. she is still very active which makes me wonder if its actually dropsy. i have her quarantined right now. is there anyway to cure dropsy?

Dropsy, an internal bacterial infection, can be treated using penicillin, tetracycline and naladixic acid. A salt bath is also recomended.

Fish with dropsy become lethargic, motionless and refuse to eat.
Diagnose accurately before treating, it coudl be something else.
