HELP REQUIRED. BICOLOUR ANGEL FISH

Hi guys.
Just done a water change and noticed the angel fish flicking its body on things like the rocks and the sand. which it always has done and i thought this was normal, but upon closer inspection its actually flicking its eye. Having seen this ive noticed only one of its eyes is slightly bubbled and a little bit cloudier than the other.
Please advise.

When hes bumping on rocks and sand that is called flashing.
could be a parasite I would check on you NITRITE levels which can even not be detected BUT the more flashing they do check your water params and clean what you can and do lots of water changes.

bubble in eye area is called pop eye

Pop Eye itself is not a disease, but a condition resulting from one of several possible problems: a bacterial infection (it can contract fungus as a secondary infection afterwards) poor water quality, or trauma to the eye via an accident or injury from an aggressive tankmate. The fish may appear to have a large clear bubble over one or both eyes. The eye will protrude out from the fish's head and may also be cloudy Take him out of the tank if possible and put into QT tank. Treat with clean water and if its a bacterial infection. Treat with medication such as Maracyn.

TEMP = 77.1F Good
KH = 6dkh Good
NITRIT = 0.5mg/1(ppm) Should not exeed 20ppm. How is this worked out?

Hows it lookin in your opinions?
 
you should Idealy try to get AMO ITES at 0 what are you NITRATES? THOSE should be between 5-10ppm

is it KH a little bit to low??? KH should be 8 - 12 right???

nitrit must be 0... and how about your nitrate??

i have some problem back then.... but my clean shrimp had clean my bi-color angel and blue hippo tank....
 
you have ammonia and nitrite..your tank , given the parameters, looks as if it is still cycling.

water changes are needed to remove the ammonia and the nitrites(as well as any nitrates) I would venture to guess you have little to no nitrate.

how long has this tank been set up?
 
My tanks practically old. Ammonia problem is being treated and KH needs to be minimum 6 which it is, so no problem there. However nobody has answered how to work out the nitrite.Does nitrite need to be bottom of the colour chart? All this aside I personally dont think its a water problem as no other fish are affected and its only one not both of the angelfish's eyes thats affected!
 
What kind of test are you using? Liquid, strip?
have you lost any other creatures recently or added any others?
