Help! Set up regulator, but no bubbles happening.

Help! My regulator isnt working. Don't know why.

I just set up my regulator from aquariumplants.com. It has the bubble counter and selinoid and is hooked up to the pH monitor. So, I have it all set, turn it on, check for leaks, but I see no bubbles in the bubble counter and the tubing feels like there is no gas coming out.

Does anyone know why this isnt working?

I will be calling aquariumplants in the morning, but I have been working on this tank all night and cant believe I cant get this last thing working, ahhh!

Is it a Milwaukee MA 957 regulator?

It is the aquariumplants version. Anyway,they were gonna send me a new one but I took it to the guy I bought my CO2 tank from and he fixed it. For some reason I couldnt get the locking mechanism on the needle valve to loosen, buit this guy did it in 2 seconds. Guess its a newbie thing.
