ijust added a yellow wrasse today along with 3 clownfish

the wrasse just after acclimation he bolted behind the rock an in thesand its 3hours later andi can see him breathing heavily he's now in the open again heavy breathing and he's on his side please replyif you can help is he dying

We need a lot more info to help you. Tank specs, water quality, tank maturity, other tankmates, tank size, how long acclimation, etc all are lacking from your post. I would just turn the lights out, let him go to bed and see what comes of him tomorrow. Fish need time to adjust to their new environment. Anyway, hope this helps.

mywater isfine everything was in range buti think itwas because when they caught him in theaquarium he buried himself in thesand and it was kind of a stuggle he was probly too stressed

Kinda hard to get help if you dont mention specifics, saying the water is fine doesnt always mean its fine, also how did you aclimate it?

ammonia nitrite nitrate all at zero

igot my phtested at the store theytold me it was good

i acclimated him by putting the bag in thewater andevery 15min iwouldput in a tiny bit of my water after a bout 45 min i carefuly put him in making sure not to get thebag water in

but itwasn't that great a loss the dealer forgot to charge us for him
