help! what is this??

hi, on one of my live rocks, there is a white thing growing on it.. well i think its growing i dont know what it is. it loks fuzzy and it kinda sticks out of the rock. another things it there a tube stuck on the rock and there are some feathers or flower things coming out of it. everynow an then it stick itself in when something gets close then pops back out the tube. what are these thigns and are they bad?? :huh:

The last pic is a duster worm,it's a filter feeder and is good to have. The first two are too fuzzy and large for me to tell.

Need a better pic really, but i would at first impression say the others are just harmless filter feeder sponges...but, i cant say for sure untill better pics are posted...JoJo's spot on for the other one...
