help with 50G

i've got a 50G (US gallons) tall - 36x15x24

what should i do with it?

girlfriend wants silver dollers.

so what would be good silver doller layout and stock.? :huh:

what else
cichlids (small ones)?
puffers?

i'm having simlar ideas for my tank which is bit smaller then yours.

good idea for you is a biotrope of the area silvers are from.

make sure they are silver dollers

red hook grow alot bigger and to big for your tank.

You're also going to need something to help keep the bottom clean. I would recomend some Corys. I also recomend planting it with something that will grow tall like tape grass. You will need to get a good light for the plants, if you decide to put any live ones in there.

Ahhh, the hardest question of all...what to put in the tank? Whatever you decide on, if you stock the tank slowly (you should anway for reasons easily found here) you'll have the time to think and rethink about it. That can be a good thing should you see something you really like in a store you might have overlooked before.
