Help with anenome ID and algae control

Forgot to add why I am asking the test kit. If it is Red Sea there is a 12.5 reading on high end of the nitrate scale but that is obtained after the low end reading which is over 50.

What size tank is that? you only have 20lbs of live rock and this is an integral part of the biological filter. You need more rock, lose the cc and just a note......it looks like diatoms are you using R/O water? if not you should be as this is also a source .......If you are moving up to a 150 you realize that you will need a good 6 inches or so of fine sand for a dsb which will help......and about 200 lbs of live rock.....

Well, there's your problem:

Green Chromis
False Percula
True Percula
Baby Naso Tang
Royal Gramma

WAY too many fish, even assuming single specimens of each... I also wouldn't put a juvie naso in anything less then a 55g and that's just temporary.

Should come as no surprise to you but, dork is 100% correct!

Not really sure what a mojo is?

I'll try to take some better pictures of it but for now I'll describe it a bit. The center is about the size of a nickel and the tenticles are about an inch long and hardly transleucent. They also have a white band around them about an 1/8th of an inch from the tips. It's stem has extended to about and inch and is much more transleucent than the tentacles.

This help any??

thanx

Two question.....In the following pictures can somone ID if this is an aiptasia anenome(glass anenome)?

Second? I've had this brown algae for about 6 weeks now and I can't get rid of it. These are my test results:

Ammonia: 0ppm
Nitrite: 0 ppm
Nitrate: appx. 12.5ppm
Phosphate: <1ppm
Calcium: 450ppm
Ph: 8.2
Salinity: 0.024
Temp: 78F

I added nitrate sponge media to my HOB filter and I added Algone a couple week ago but there is hardly any change....I know crushed coral substrate is most likely my downfall with the nitrates but anyone have any suggestions?
