Help with angels!

My angels have laid eggs a number of times. After day two the eggs are gone. they are in a 29 with some live plants. The water temp is about 80 degrees. What is the problem?

You have to pull the eggs and raise them yourself. The parents will keep eating them. I only have one pair out of 5 that will raise the eggs themself and they have spawned about 50 times i think its just the longer they have been a pair they start to pick up on it. they will eat the eggs if they get spooked though like the other day they just laid eggs and i put my hand in there to cut some plants and i knocked over a rock and scared them and 10 mins later when i went back all the eggs were gone. if you want them to raise themself just give them time it will happen. I just always feel bad after i pull the eggs b/c they keep going back to that same spot and looking for them.

another possibility is you have two females. I've heard of this on more than one occasion where two females will spawn just as a mated pair. Of course the eggs are not viable and fungus and are eaten quickly.

mine spawn on a piece of slate so i just pull that out put it in a 2 1/2 gallon tank with 4 drops of methylene blue and then put a air stone on the eggs very lightly to keep them fanned. keep a desk lamp on them for the first week all the time this well help with the temp to. Do you know how to hatch baby brine shrimp?

the same thing happened to me..till this last spawn..but in my case the eggs turned white..most of them anyway..the parents ate them and spawnwed aggainin a couple weeks..finally we got hatchlings..
