help with Black Ghost Knifefish

well IME they are both peacefull but they can both pick at each other causing stress....

do you think that if a take out all of the danios that i can put that in with maybe 2 angels

i would say no because of this

i will be getting a bigger tank eventually but not right now im only 15 and dont have the money,

if you dont have the money now you cant be sure you will have the money for a much larger tank later on. wait until you get the larger tank before getting wonderful fish.

thats the thing, i can have the money by summer because i am a dive coach (im a junior olympic diver) and i keep hearing things about those clowns that they only get to be about 8in and thats why i got them

so is that what everyone thinks no bgk and no angels

Hold off on them a bit. You're going to have the money this summer, so why don't you introduce your angels or Bgk to the new, bigger tank? Once you've got it cycled in, and you add your chosen fish, you'll see faster development, plenty of good swimming activity, and robust health in the bigger environment. I don't think either of these fish need a grow out tank, and if they get to be the first in the tank, these more delicate fish will have a chance to establish territories before you relocate your clowns.

Patience is darn difficult, but it really pays off in the long run. And this gives you tons more time to think about how you'd like to set up your angel/bgk tank. Decor, plants, substrate, filtration, flow patterns... Start making plans, but be patient.
