I have a 20 gallon tank with about 12 different types of live plants. I have a 65 watt coralife bulb and hard water( KH 200-400ppm; GH 50-100ppm and PH is 8.2). With this hardness of water what fertilizers would you suggest to keep the plants happy and healthy?

For definitive answers, you'll have to offer some more details about your plants, filtration system, CO2 use & goals...
I'd also look into adding some peat or almond leaves or driftwood to get that pH down a bit.
