Help with German Blue Ram

How do you add vitamins to their food? What's the product?

I like two different products which I use intervally:

and

The first one, "vitachem" has different kinds of supplements but I use it less frequently since it is kind of cloudy, even though it is an excellent product. The second one, "biovit", I use every other day until the fish look better. I am not sure it is necessary to keep fish on vitamins for long periods. I just like to use them mostly when the fish are stressed or when I get new fish.

Using a spoon, I scoop out the usual portion of flake food. Put the spoon down and add the vitamins into the food and let it soak for a couple of minutes and then just put it in the water with the fish. Of course some of the product goes into the water too but it seems to work well regardless.

I've got the same problem! except i dont have a female, only a male.

(my LFS closed down 3 days before my female was supposed to arrive :mad2: )

he stays close to the bottom and doesn't move around much. i've got everything in the tank right.. ammonia nitrates nitrites are all zero.. the water is soft, the temp is comfortable.
