what should i do with it?
it is perfectly fine but cant control its self

How do you know your fish has brain damage?

it hit its head way too many times on the aquarium hood from jumping and now it is acting funny

What do you mean it can't control itself? Is it swimming in circles? Can't swim straight? Is trying to swim and cant? These are usually not neurological, rather connected to the swim bladder or an infection of some kind.

its not swimbladder or an infection
i have experienced that before and its not that

Well what is the fish doing? And saying "acting crazy" is not a description, it is a judgement. For instance my angel fish is touching his mouth to the side of the tank, going back and forth, next to the female angel. That is description. A judgement would be to say they are getting ready to spawn.

well its an angelfish cant swim straight and its bumping into other fish and the walls its a female
