My angelfish won't eat, and he has something weird growing off of his side. I don't think it looks like Ich but I could be wrong.

You're right that it doesn't look like ich. It looks like a fungus of some sort.
How long have you had him and how long has he looked like this? Do any other fish have any sort of symptoms?

I've had him since he's been super tiny and hes about the size of my palm now. I'd say 2 years? He was fine about 2 days ago. I just noticed we won't take food like normal and he seems lethargic. No other fish have these symptoms.
If it were me, I'd start with salt dips. It's good if the other fish arent showing anything. But if you have a QT tank it might be a good idea.
