your puffer is brackish and will litteraly tear the angels fins apart. kissing gouramis are very aggressive with other male gouramis, as are dwarf gouramis. having 2 male dwarf gouramis and 1 kissing gouramis is trouble. IMO, you can fix this now before you get any problems by taking back the puffer, kissing gourami, and one of the dwarf gouramis.
This is no problem because they are going into a 55 gallon tank being set up in my kids play room thanks for your concern
