heres my review on Aquadise...

What's your order number? Mine is #56 placed on the 20th and still nothing. I tried to find contact info on the site, but I didn't see anything. Hopefully is went out toady? Who knows.
 
Well, my order came in today. Got lots of java moss, which is good, but they didn't ship me my hairgrass- the one plant I was COUNTING on having. They gave me a ton of dwarf sag instead. Not what I was wanting at all. Not even close. Hell, the two plants aren't even SIMILAR.

Aquadise, if you morons are reading this- I'm never ordering from you jerks again. Total waste of time and money.
 
ARGH.... theoretically mine should have come today too then. How did yours come?? USPS? My Postlady is a bit of a spaz.... Maybe my box is on my neighbors porch as we speak....LOL

Sorry to hear you didn't get what you wanted though. :( According to their website policies, they should send what you were missing if you call them.

They substituted the sag because the hairgrass was in "bad health."

So their policy is that they can send you whatever they want, regardless what you order? That's an endearing policy, indeed.
