heres my review on Aquadise...

Well, here are a few photos of some plants and driftwood from Aquadise.

excuse my betta and snail....they seem to be attention hogs as you can see in the photo. But they are both pickey, and they love my plants and driftwood, so if they approve, you know it's got to be good.

I just bought from em, we will see how it goes. It can be any worse than the condition of the plants at all the stores near me, gosh they are terrible.
 
Anybody who gets ANY negative feedback isnt a good ebayer!! Even Walmart stands behind its products better than this place!! And why should I pay more for shipping to Guarantee shipping? Its like a cell phone service saying you will get better service if you buy our larger package or the Cable network saying youll get a clearer picture if you get our gold package!! I tried to deal with Aquadise but my cell phone pics were not "clear enough to get a refund or replacement" and i got the large order the $29 PACKAGE!!
Plus his pictures of the plants are not what ya get, when I asked for real pics he refused!! Makes me think bait and switch!! Now IMHO that isnt right!!
Besides I have better luck and cheaper getting them from this forum!!!
 
The "died" one is your Alternanthera reineckii/rosefolia. Plant 'em and wait. They mey well be fine.

That said, I think I got better looking stems from Petsmart, same price (they've just started stocking this & many other plants that they previously didn't bother with).

I may still try them out for plants I can't find locally, but the best Alternanthera I've seen was up for auction at the April MASI auction. It was awesome, large, absolutely scarlet. And it went for >$15.

You Get What You Pay For. Don't want to dish out Cash For Shipping, Dont complain on about something you got free. Not like they sent you dead plants to begin with.
 
I usually have better luck if I float stems that arrive mushy like that until they get some new growth, then trim them down to the healthy parts.

I would probably not expect healthy stems from First Class mail as it seems like 4-5 days in transit will melt some of them pretty badly. I got some small swords from this Aquadise guy about 2 weeks agoand they arrived in great condition. I was thinking about getting Downoi from him but don't trust that it would make the trip unless I upgraded.
 
Beautiful plants, Becca13711!!! And your betta reminds me of the male lavendar I had a long time ago. I loved that betta. In his day, he was one of the cleanest, purest color strains for the lavendar betta-type. No blotchiness or washed out color... all purples and pinks and rich lavendar color with a big teal eye spot. And the tail he had!! *sighs wistfully*

Never seen another betta quite like him. Yours is pretty close though (except for the blueish body). ^_^
