Adult Male Herichthys carpintis "Escondido"

I moved this guy along to another member last week. I wanted to clear some room for other species, and since the "Escondido" is pretty easily available I thought he'd be the best to pass along.

Heres the last photo I took of him the night I removed him from the tank:

A video(YouTube) of him in his tank with tankmates:

In the tank with him are:
Thorichthys pasionis "Laguna Noh", Juvenile Hericthys cyanoguttatus "Laguna de Sant Tecla", 20 Chromobotia macracanthus, and 3 ancistris sp. "Albino Bushy-Nose" pleco.

For an reference how large the loaches are. The escondido is as big as the lid to a 5-gallon Home depot bucket!!

Enjoy.

Very cool fish. Nice loaches as well. Yours have very nice colouring. I was at a fs few hours away(while on a trip) from me last weekend and they had huge loaches! They had a couple in a 200 gallon tank with some other tank mates but the two loaches must have been a good 12''. Had about 10 of them between 8''-10'' too. It was truely amazing sight.
