Hexagon build thread

Yea I know, I was thinking about picking up some thermal epoxy, and mounting copper fins onto the leds to help with the heat, then probably two 120mm fans on either end moving 40 cfm a piece would provide enough air moving to keep things cool.

i was thinking of taking copper wire, flattening it out, and attaching that to bigger side to remove some heat. However I'm thinking of just trying som high flowing fans and going from there.

any ideas Cory?? Also I just got my order of drift wood in :) I have some really nice pieces to use that I think my shimp will enjoy climbing on !! I also put the first coat of paint on the back ground of the tank, so this weekend that will be finished. I will be trying to power soak the Drift to speed things up some. I'll be looking to get eco complete soon, as well as my sponge filters.

I'll post up pics asap!~~

Ok, so the drift wood is starting to sink finally :) so I'll be starting to get the scape done. I also have one more payne of glass to spray black, and ita ready fo fishies :) Now the biggest question is to use pool sand again, or eco complete. pool sand is soo much cheaper....
