Hi there...

I'm new to this site and I kinda want your opinions on somethin'. I've found a nice SW setup locally and it looks like this...

-Oceanic 75 gallon tank w/ Stand
-Emperor bio-wheel filter 280
-100w heater
-48” fluorescent single light fixture ( w/ either Power-Glo or Marine-Glo )
-Saline Solutions Skimmer
-AquaClear 301 powerhead
-75 lbs of live rock ( Florida / Fiji ) and crushed coral...

Is this worth it to purchase?

Any tips?

Depends upon the cost.

I don't do reef stuff but I do know a 100w heater isn't adequate for a 75g tank.

What are you planning on keeping?
40 watts of lighting is going to limit you badly. Unless you have plans for a fish only tank, you'll definitely need to upgrade there.
