Hey people!
This is my first fish-keeping community. I guess I have been really frustrated about my fish tanks, and really had no idea how to do them. I have gotten some knowledge out of the years, plus MUCH needed research.
Right now my Gourimai (sp?) died (well, last week.) and I am redoing my tank. Right now my tank is running a canister filter (Its a small one) and an overhang filter. I have a mix of light and dark gravel, but its more on the light side. I would post photos, but I sort of don't know how.
I also put a nice large rock (I did the vinegar test, so it won't leach), and I am planning to put some Java moss and ferns in there. Hopefully maybe some swords.
Lighting is a big problem for me, as I lack the working class budget ($20 a month) and will have to suffice with a 20 watt. This is an upgrade from my old 17 watt. I sadly lack DIY skills that need power tools
