I just discovered this site and wanted to introduce myself.
I have a 125G FOWLR. It has been set up for over 2 years, but due to the city cutting the power off while I was out of town over Thanksgiving I have recently had to start over (lost everything).
Here is the current set up:
3" maroon clown
4" red emporer snapper
7" naso tang
3" foxface
3" bluespot grouper
I have a Turbofloater 1000 protein skimmer, 4 powerheads, and a 15G sump. RO/DI water only.
The restocking is going well and I should be done with a couple more fish. My nitrates have been high recently, but my skimmer seems to be working properly.
I am looking to get a ozonizer. Any suggestions? I have heard that the Red Sea Deluxe is top notch because it cuts itself off before overloading your tank with O3. Also, where should I buy one (anyone selling a used on for cheap)? All info is appreciated. Thanks
