Thanks guys still checking out the ammonia, when i cross ref it says there is only 0.1 PPM at my PH (6.5) thats a lot better than the 5-6+ it registers on the color chart. It's still strange though because my other tanks measure 0PPM even on the color chart without cross reffing. The tank in question still measures 0 nitrites and nitrates and the ammonia that is there has not gone down despite 50% water changes every 2 days or so.Note: it does go down temporarily after the water change but is back to where it was within 24 hours. The bacterial bloom is still in full force clouding the water white. This tank is a bit of a mystery but it must be just too much organic matter in the tank? I dunno.

Keep doing water changes daily I know it is a pain and is time consuming but you must do this or the ammonia will not dissipate.
