Hi, I have a 180 litre goldfish tank. It's been established 9 months with no real problems. I have done nothing differently and now I have nitrate .25 and nitrates 40. I do weekly water changes 30-35%. I have tested it weekly with a Freshwater Master kit and parameters are usually o,o,5.or 0. The last two days, in an attempt to reduce nitrates I am doing twice daily water changes of 40%. Will it settle down? What more can I do.
