all the other levels in my tank is fine except for the nitrite. Its been weeks now and i still cant get my nitrite level to go down. What do i do?

please post all your water test results please..how the tank is setup ( size, lighting, equipment etc etc), stocking, how often you do water changes and how much.... These a few basic questions that we need the answers to first before we can begin to help you...

Once we have them, we can then start to diagnose your nitrate issue mate...

Oh, and welcome to the Reef...

k i was wrong its the nitrate that is always high not nitrite. Its a 26gallon i believe,18" Life-glo 15watt high intensity lamp, aqua clear 50 filter. Have about 20-25lbs of live rock, 3turbo snails, little snail, 6 Hermit crabs, puffer fish, and two long blue fish don't know what their called. only do water changes about once a month. I know ive been slacking with that.
