No kidding. I have a very old (3+ years) brilliant rasbora. Like many of his buddies did, he developed a tumor as he got older. His was at the base of his tail (between tail and body), and appeared to be fairly uncomfortable. This afternoon during a water change I noticed that his tail is gone! OMG! He's swimming better than with the tumor and is eating well. I'm not looking for advice or anything, just thought I'd share a new (to me at least) fish experience.
