I got a zoa frag awhile ago that has grownout quite a bit but with frag piece came a couple stick type tubes like a dusters but very hard with a round base with no head, kinda looks like a bong. well this like the zoas has spread but this has like taken over everything in my tank like the koralia's, my pump to my skimmer but not the glass. Also if i stir my sand bed or move stuff around it spews spider web lookin stuff. Also its a pain in the arse cuz it cuts me up everytime i touch any rockwork. Sorry for no pic.:help:

Can you post a photo of what this looks like? I picked up a live rock and it has what looks like a feather duster on it.

It sounds like vermetid snails. They use that spider web like material to capture particles out of the water, as they are not mobile. Try a Google image search to match pix online to what you're seeing in your tank. They are harmless, although they can irritate some corals with their web, although I've not known them to do so enough to cause any problems.
