Actually, my LFS is exactly where I got mine. I purposefully picked out an Anubias that had a bunch of them on it. They don't bother with trying to sell tiny snails.

Same here. I actually asked about buying some MTS once and he said "Just buy a plant and I'll get some in there."
I got mine for free by going to Petsmart and asking if I could have some out of their tank. They gave me a long warning about how they will take over my tank but they gave them to me for free.

I've never actually seen these guys at the other petstores or I would have asked about them but they are SO tiny I could have easily missed em'. I dropped them in last night and didn't see them after until early this morning! A couple of them were going to town on some algae-fied decorations I have in there so I guess they are making themselves at home =] Do they have different variations of color when they get a bit older or are they all about the same color? These guys look like they get dark and then really light at the tip of their shells. Interesting lil buggers
