Comments in this thread had me smiling. Female, and kind of a smoker. I've been smoking E-cigs for 6 months now. I still smoke analog cigs (marlboro silver) when I drink, which isn't weekly. I put smoker, as I'm still getting nicotine, but wanted to clarify. As far as female vs male, this has always been a male dominated hobby. However, I've noticed as the years go by, the techy side of the hobby gets easier, and more females are getting involved in aquariums.

Female here! I kicked up my fishkeeping to help quit smoking!!!! I have been smoke free since 02/03/10! More money and time for my hobby!

When I sarted in the hobby I didn't smoke , then I smoked and now I don't. I quit about 20 years ago and boy I'm glad I did .
