actually according to my math its bigger than 225g(72x24x36/231=~270g) i've seen bigger tanks for sale but this one isn't half bad, maintainence on a 3' tall tank would suck though.

I'd pass on that deal, not a great price for a 10 year old used tank and a homemade stand. General rule, used tank price is $1/gallon. The stand doesn't look to be particularly valuable, or even attractive, and there's nothing else included.
Look at the picture. That tank is not half as tall as it is long. Looks like its maybe a third as tall as it is long. Bring your tape measure, a pickup and a couple of friends. If it really is as big as they say, it will take several people to lift it empty. If there are typos in the dimensions, you have some serious room to knock the price down to something reasonable.
I'm not getting it.. Just because I've got a 55 sitting here full of water waiting for me to buy stuff for it (We'd be ready to plant, it Eco-Complete weren't so darn expensive)
On the other hand, these are pretty cool, and the price just dropped from $200 ea to $125. These would be pretty cool for starting a fish room.
