Or you can cut off the wheels and use it as a wall in your house.

This idea is not bad at all. It could be one wall of a killer fish building. Something you could have in your back yard.

I think one would have to go in and scrape algea every few months and go in it to vaccumm the bottom, thus water changing.

My guess it already has some sort of filtration system.

Keeping tropical fish in it might be hard, but there are other fish that would be great in it. It would be hard to keep the temp up.
