If so how does it preform and how many watts does the 100cm push out? would it be better than 2x30W that comes with juwels?

i have no experience with it, but if you have any jumpy fish, that looks like a good way for them to escape.

jumpy fish shouldn't be a problem because my tank has a rim that runs at water level all the way round like this so keeping the fish in

I think you would have to consider a glass top of somekind as allthough your tank is rimmed around the edges (thats for a condesation tray I think) some fish can jump quite high and may be able to jump hlf the length of a typical tank.

You could up the Wattage of the lighting in your jewel, thats what I am gonna do when I have some spare cash
