Maybe this belongs in another section, I'm not sure.
I recently bought some species of Hornwort (at least that's what the tag said, it could very well be something else) at a LFS for my tanks. I was originally worried that it wouldn't have the proper environment to survive long term, but it seems to be thriving... too much so. I'm starting to little pieces of this plant attaching itself to my tank walls and growing larger. I've been emptying out my tanks and scrubbing down the walls to get rid of the new additions, but I was hoping there was something else I could do to control the growth. Is there something maybe that I could add to the water (that wouldn't harm my fish, crayfish and shrimp) or maybe there's a species of fish/shrimp/snail/etc that would eat the lil' plants? If there isn't anything, that's okay... it's not a horrible thing, just a bit annoying. At least my plants seem to be growing very well
