You may have adult onset asthma or you could have another repsritory ailment. Most resperitory problems are pretty quick fixes imo though. Unless you have cancer and thats not likley.
I don't quite understand your question but heres a few answers. I have a genetically deformed joint in both of my hands where my carpals meet my carplas and it causes my joint to pop out of place if I hit something hard. It is now bridged in solid calcium though. I'm also sure that I have a fractured skull from incuring many head traumas including but not limited too, hammers, floors, concrete walls, pipes, boards, and my personal favorite a railroad tie falling directly on my head, As for other fractures the only other things I have ever broken have been my knuckes from various puching incidents. It turns out if your mad, you can punch a cinder block wall hard enough to crack the blocks but it results in popping the afformentioned joints out of place, spraining your wrist, and breaking 3 nuckles.
