if you have a minifridge or cooler next to your fish tank, set up an aerator inside the freezer and pump the cold air into the tank into an air stone, taht should help? yes?

But you need a vacuum conditon in the fridge so making a hole in it might be tricky. The pump inside the fridge would quickly run out of air and burn out.
