How anal are you about putting your hands in

All the time, even with open cuts and scratches, i really should start caring about my health more but its convenient....
 
I try to rinse my hands first with tap water, but don't worry much beyond that. Unless I have been doing things with chemicals.
 
I wash and rinse my hands and arms before and after.
 
I only wash them if, at the time, something is on them that I wouldn't put in my, or my son's, mouth. Such as paint, oil, cleaning chems. Otherwise, straight in and a quick pat off with a rag when I'm out.
 
Rinse arms and hands after........:)
 
No rinsing here - arms in, arms out and dried off on shirt. LOL!
