Two things I will add.
1) Plecos are really difficult fish to starve since they will scavenge on ANYTHING. So no need to worry so much about them eating, however if you still think you have to do something extra to specifically feed them,
2) Feed everyone else as regular, and a fews hrs after you kill all lights, right before you go to bed (so even the house lights will go off soon) then through food for the plecos in the tank. Plecos can see much better in the night, and if they are truly starved, believe me they will get to food in pitch black darkness, when the other fish will need to wiff and smell their way around to it.
Good luck with them plecos, and as I said, I wouldn't worry that much.
