how can i stop fish eating corals

That's 24 fish, five of which will get huge and need loads of swimming space, in a 120g tank. I have a tendency to push stocking levels and probably shouldn't talk, but this is WAY too many fish for your tank.
When you say the water quality is brilliant, what exactly does that mean? Can you give us levels? Corals won't tolerate nearly the amount of nitrates fish will and I imagine with that many fish unless you have a gigantic refugium the nitrates are pretty high. Just a thought, but part of the problem with the corals may well be due to the water quality, rather then fish picking at them.

“Your tank is small for this fish load. You may have aggression once they reach a certain size, or death.”

Attachment is a funny thing, but you should look for the best interest of these animals. Always strive for the best environment possible. I know I would be upset if I didn’t have elbow room. In fact I’m sure there would be a riot. I would like to a big fish in a big pond than a growing fish in a little pond, or living in my closet with others than oppose to living in my house. :D

Don’t take this the wrong way, you have a system that is capable of having some of these fish thrive.
