My husband is my brother-in-law's cousin. So, the 4 of us would go out together a lot before we were even dating (me "with" my sister and my husband "with" his cousin). Our first real date was probably a good year later, to a military ball. Anyhow, yesterday (the 4th) was our 23rd Anniversary.
Big Boy's Restaurant. I took the job waitressing, even though I didn't want to work there. I met my husband there, he was one of the cooks. That was fifteen years ago.
We just celebrated our ten year anniversary and have four children (9,8,5 and 4 years old).

Flashback 6 months, I'm driving through a little po'dunk country town in the beautiful hills and look off at one particular hill and think to myself..."God, why can't I meet a nice girl from the country?". As GOD as my witness, it turned out that the exact house I was overlooking...my wife grew up in. Her and her sister were renting it from their mother. She will never forget the first time I came over, I was in SHOCK! :thud:
