how do you get a RBTA to detach

haha good question. at the moment no but i just got my new 400 watt MH and T5 actinics so i will be ready tonight lol i have done a lot to my tank but i still need to figure out how to get a sump bigger then 10 gallons under it with out having to dismount the tank.
 
i would never throw anything in my tank if it was not ready. lol i was toren apart when one of my chromis was picked on to death. RIP little guy
